Specialized Care
Our Patient Assistance Center is staffed by a team of certified Medicare, Medicaid, and Affordable Care Act specialists who are here to help you access these programs. Available at all Teche Health locations, these specialists will provide you with one-on-one assistance to help you apply for any program for which you may be eligible.
In addition to providing assistance with Medicare, Medicaid, and the Affordable Care Act, our patient assistance team is heavily involved in community outreach efforts. Several times each month, our team visits schools, churches, hospitals or various public events to provide education and valuable information regarding a wide variety of local health resources. We’re here to ensure that you and your family know about all of the helpful resources that are available to improve your health and quality of life.
